DELIVERY & RETURNS
★ Local delivery: All packages come with tracked mailing. A tracking number will be sent to you once the item has been mailed. You may track your parcel here.
★ We currently only ship within Singapore (worldwide shipping is in the works at the moment!)
★ Metal Meow is not responsible for any delay, lost mail & failed delivery due to incorrect shipping details. Please ensure all details entered are accurate.
★ All sales are final. We do not accept returns nor do refunds.
I MADE A MISTAKE!
★ If you carted out the wrong size or missed out an address detail, please reach out to us immediately on Instagram with your invoice to rectify the mistake. We will only accept changes for orders made within the same day.
★ We will not accept any changes once your order is in production.
SIZING GUIDE
★ Neck/Wrist measurement - Take a measuring tape and measure the base of neck/around the wrist. Ensure that the measuring tape fits snug around the area to ensure comfort. All our products come with a 7cm extension chain so that you are able to wear it in a variety of fit.
★ For custom sizing, please indicate the measurements in the notes section during checkout.
MATERIAL CARE
★ Metal Meow prodcuts are made to last. We use materials such as stainless steel, titanium & anodized aluminum as they are hypoallaergenic and resistant to tarnish & rust - ideal for everyday use.
★ Use soft/jewelry cloths to wipe jewelry surfaces. To clean any dirt, use warm water and mild dish soap with soft cloth.
★Avoid abrasive brushes & harsh chemical agents for cleaning.
REPAIRS
★ We offer free repairs within the limits of wear and tear reasoning (e.g broken clasp, loose pieces, broken/missing rings). Email in a picture of damaged part & invoice to qualify for this. You are advised to use a trackable service to ship the item back to us. Delivery cost to be borne by customer to and fro.
★ Metal Meow reserves the right to charge for repairs that don't fall within the examples. Nonetheless, we are more than happy to take a look and offer the best possible solution for you!
