DELIVERY & RETURNS
★ Local delivery: All packages come with tracked mailing. A tracking number will be sent to you once the item has been mailed. You may track your parcel here.
★ International order: We are an SG based brand, if you live outside of SG please DM us on Instagram to order! Your order may be subject to import taxes or custom duties and/or fees outside of Singapore, customers are responsible for covering such fees.
★ Metal Meow is not responsible for any delay, lost mail & failed delivery due to incorrect shipping details. Please ensure all details entered are accurate.
★ All sales are final. We do not accept returns nor do refunds.
I MADE A MISTAKE!
★ If you carted out the wrong size or missed out an address detail, please reach out to us immediately on Instagram with your invoice to rectify the mistake. We will only accept changes for orders made within the same day.
★ We will not accept any changes once your order is in production.
MATERIAL CARE
★ Metal Meow prodcuts are made to last. We use materials such as stainless steel, titanium & anodized aluminum as they are hypoallaergenic, durable & low maintenance - ideal for everyday use.
★ We recommend removing jewelry before coming into contact with bodies of water to preserve the adhesive used to hold the piercings together. For cleaning, use soft/jewelry cloths to wipe down the piece.
★ Avoid abrasive brushes & harsh chemical agents for cleaning.
REPAIRS
★ We offer free repairs within the limits of wear and tear reasoning (e.g broken clasp, loose pieces, broken/missing rings). Email in a picture of damaged part & invoice to qualify for this. You are advised to use a trackable service to ship the item back to us. Delivery cost to be borne by customer to and fro.
★ Metal Meow reserves the right to charge for repairs that don't fall within the examples. Nonetheless, we are more than happy to take a look and offer the best possible solution for you!
